Welcome to Chestnut Springs!

Our company started with the purchase of “The Deli in Yarrow”, which had been abandoned and was in very sad shape. We spent 6 months renovating and then ran the Chestnut Springs Organic Bakery for several years before making the difficult decision to close in 2023.

From there we branched out and ran a catering business—Farm to Forno / Chestnut Springs Mobile Eatery—serving wood fired pizza from specially outfitted antique trucks

We couldn’t stop there and are now focusing on our Cidery and farm. In addition to delicious craft cider, we’ll be using the Chestnut Springs Farm and Cidery as a wedding and event venue featuring our own catering trucks and shepherd’s hut accommodation.

Blown away with their speediness of setting up. In just under an hour- they had fed everyone delicious wood fire pizza and salads! And once dinner was wrapped up- they made dessert pizzas for each table! Delicious gooey caramel apple pizza! They were so flexible, communicative, helpful and easy going!
The bride and groom were happy and so was I!
