We are incredibly excited to announce that we have added a beautiful event venue in the Columbia Valley – our new Chestnut Springs Farm Cidery. With an expansive field for receptions under our unique octagon tents, stunning views of Mt. Cheam, our newly planted apple orchard, antique trucks, horse drawn carriage, and friendly farm animals, Chestnut Springs offers numerous photo opportunities.

With renovations starting in the fall of 2021, we hope to share our completed Events Venue for the 2022 Summer Season.

Until these improvements are completed, we are pleased to offer our 2021 Events Package:

A $750 minimum bar spend is required for all weddings onsite. Ask us about how you can customize your bar!

Catering Services

We are a mobile catering service based out of Yarrow, BC, offering a one-of-a-kind party experience. For casual and affordable events, we supply hand crafted, wood fire pizza, pig roasts and beverage services. With all the fixings from baked beans, to potatoes salad, coleslaw & cornbread, a reception with Chestnut Springs Mobile Eatery is a delicious alternative to more traditional catering options.

We carry all the equipment necessary to service your event and only require that you provide your guests’ cold beverages, shelter and, tables & chairs. Option to add dinnerware and glassware for an additional cost.

Due to an overwhelming response to our catering services, we recommend that you reserve your date with as much time as possible, especially if you are hosting a large event where more than one truck is required. Weekends during the summer months are our most popular and book about a year in advance.

Please ensure that our trucks are able to park at your venue; a relatively flat, solid surface, with enough room to set out our preparation area is required.

75 guests …………. $1,625 + tax 

100 guests…………. $2,000 + tax 

150 guests…………. $2,375 + tax 

Additional guests $15/person

Option to add a Roast Pig for an additional $15/person

All catering packages include an additional 20% gratuity. Mileage fees apply for venues outside of Chilliwack.

We book on a first come, first serve basis and cannot guarantee availability. For the peak period in the summer we encourage you to book as far in advance as possible.  Check out our availability calendar to see if the dates you want are free!

We require 30 days or more of notice of event cancellation for your deposit to be returned.  Please fill out our contact form, e-mail us at or call us at 604-832-6167 right away if you need to cancel.

We charge a minimum of $1,250 which will feed up to 50 guests. So while you don’t need to invite 50 guests the price for 30 people is the same minimum.

We have no minimum number, but the charge for 50 people ($1,250) will apply.

We currently have two trucks and can serve up to 250 guests offsite.

Events at the Cidery can host up to 150 people.

No, only children 12 and older are included in the count.

No. Currently we only serve events throughout Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

We have an awning that extends over our work area. If it’s raining the buffet tables and guest seating will need to be placed in a protected area.

If your event is being hosted at the farm / cidery we provide tents at no extra charge.

Yes, we can bring pizzas into the house, a tent, lanai or other covered area.

With the full pig roast we set up the buffet inside or outside as you require.

We can pull up close to a building or garage, but we cannot pull inside a building because of our chimney.

If the ground is level and firm enough, yes. However, please be aware of the the weight of the truck is 14, 000 lbs, if you have septic systems or in ground sprinkler systems, we are not responsible for damage.

We can park in the street, as long as the road is reasonably level and there is room for our prep tables.

Our truck is about 8 feet wide and 17 feet long.  The height with the chimney is 14 feet.

Yes we will bring gluten “friendly” crusts for a charge of $10.00 each. We will cook them on a seprate pan however we can not guarantee no cross contamination

Yes, however we PLEASE ask you make the request after a party’s initial rush has been taken care of.

The pizza truck is a 1959 Chevrolet Viking and is pretty much in original condition. The second truck is a 1946 GMC and pulls a converted livestock trailer housing a second wood fired pizza oven and pig roaster.
