Pizza and salad dinner starts at 5:00pm and music bingo will begin at 7:00pm.

Cheese Making & Pizza Night

Chestnut Springs is delighted to be hosting Paula Maddison, who will guide you through making mozzarella, burrata & bocconcini. Lee will then show you how to stretch and top your own pizza. We’ll cook it to perfection in our wood-fired oven.
Paula Maddison, a deep in the bones “slow foodie”, multi-talented lass who has a passion for hand crafting cheese. You will be taken into the world of sumptuous flavour, ancient craft, history, science, chemistry and food as medicine as you spend time learning and linking with other fine foodies.
In this class, Paula, who has been teaching the lost art of cheese making for over 10 years, will show you how to make your own hand stretched mozzarella, burrata and bocconcini This is a demonstration style: Taste, Touch, Feel class that will demystify the process of making your own cheese along with an opportunity to create your own cheese in class to enjoy.

Chestnut Springs is delighted to be hosting Paula Maddison, who will help you take your cheesemaking skills to the next level in this intensive 4-hour hands-on course.
Together we’ll make:
- Sour Cream
- Cream Cheese
- Butter
- Boursin
- Fromage Blanc
- Mozzarella (burrata & bocconcini)
- Ricotta
- Queso Fresco
Each participant will:
- Take home the cheeses made in class
- Prepare appetizers with premade chèvre or fromage blanc curd
- Learn to bake homemade “raincoast crisp” style crackers (includes a mini loaf to dehydrate at home)
- Receive a booklet & cultures to replicate the recipes at home
Wreath Making
Saturday, December 6, 2pm to 4pm
Tickets are $120 per person, all supplies included.
Join Sumeuy who will help you create your own festive wreath with fresh evergreens, eucalyptus & berries.
Enjoy a charcuterie lunch and cranberry cider sangria while you craft your holiday masterpiece.
