Weddings & Events at Columbia Valley Park

Columbia Valley Park is an ideal wedding venue located near Cultus Lake, Chestnut Springs Cidery, and the US border. This section of BC’s Fraser Valley is utterly beautiful, surrounded by lakes, forest, and the towering Cascade Mountain range. Plus, the venue is a 45 minute car ride from Abbotsford, the closest urban area, making it accessible yet isolated enough to provide an experience that’s serene and majestic.

If you’re looking for a wedding venue that is not only beautiful but peaceful and quiet, Columbia Valley Park deserves your attention.

The wedding hall itself is spacious yet cozy at around 2,400 square feet. It’s also fully equipped with a commercial grade kitchen, separated bar area, and high quality sound system. What’s on the Menu?

Chestnut Springs pizza is famous for a reason, and we believe that good pizza comes from doing the basics right.

Our dough is simple: water, Anitas Flour, salt, and yeast (no added fats, dairy or sugar), allowed to rise for 1-2 days, and hand-stretched at the event. We use the best whole milk mozzarella and Pecorino Romano cheeses, along with a simple sauce of crushed tomatoes.

The final result is thin, crispy, charred and delicious.

We bring plenty of dough and toppings and will continue to make pies until all the guests are full. In the case of food allergies or specific dietary restrictions, please call the office ahead of time so that our pizza makers will be able to accommodate you.

Our Pizza Story

Chestnut Springs Pizza was founded by restaurant veterans Cori Struck and Brock Rodgers. When they and a small team headed out for their first job in 2015, they were unsure if the truck would even work. Well, it turned out to be quite the hit and now we have four trucks. We have catered well over 300 events from Birthday’s to Weddings to Family Reunions.

Our trucks are 1959 Chevrolet Vikings. Each truck is restored and customized to fit a top-of-the-line Italian wood fired oven.
